Refund policy

We want every Squish Wish gift to bring a smile. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.

Returns

You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because mystery and blind-pack squishies are a surprise, they can't be returned once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged or defective items. Our products ship from US suppliers, so please contact us before sending anything back and we'll give you the correct return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the refund.
